Description
The CONWAY "MS 5.9" brings everything that makes a properly off-road bike. New are the 57 mm wide "Ranger" WTB tires, which bite firmly into loose ground with their lug profile and thus always provide good traction. The high puncture protection is a plus factor. The off-road idea is continued with the RST "Blaze" RLO fork, which smooths out all bumps with its 100 mm travel.
Since the seating position is pleasantly upright, you can venture with the MTB well and gladly on extensive tours. In addition, the 9-speed SHIMANO "Alivio" derailleur offers a wide range of gears and ratios with which it is pleasant to pedal, even on long climbs. On descents, however, the bike scores with its reliable hydraulic disc brakes, the "BR-MT200" from SHIMANO even in wet conditions.
The "MS 5.9" is just as suitable for everyday use, because the hardtail is equipped with threaded eyelets on which you can mount mudguards. And: The good damping properties of fork and tire also apply without restriction on cobblestones.
